My coral was pretty much doa but because I was at work when I received and let rest I did not notice till 7 hours later when I got home. Tried to bring it back but within 12 hours it was bone white. Even though it was way outside there doa policy they offered to replace no questions asked. THEY OFFERED I want to stress that.
